Amy Sillman lives and works in Brooklyn and upstate NY. She is represented by Sikkema Jenkins and Co. in NYC, and she also shows in LA at Susanne Vielmetter and in Berlin at Carlier Gebauer Galerie where she will have a solo show in winter 2007. Sillman has exhibited widely in the US and Europe and her work is included in public collections such as MoMA, The Whitney Museum, The Art Institute of Chicago, The Baltimore Museum and The Boston Museum of Fine Arts. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including a Guggenheim Fellowship in 2000, a Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation Fellowship in 1999, and an NEA in Painting in 1995. Her work has been widely written about, and in 2006 a book about her works on paper over a decde, “Amy Sillman—Works on Paper” was published by Gregory R. Miller
